Beautiful and spacious newly built villa in the south of Gran Canaria. I’m sure you won't want to leave the villa !! It has a private and heated pool with spectacular views of the Meloneras Golf, as well as a spacious furnished terrace with a barbecue so that guests can fully enjoy their stay without leaving the villa. It also has a large fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with views to enjoy with friends or family.

It has a private and heated pool with spectacular views of the Meloneras Golf, as well as a spacious furnished terrace with a barbecue so that guests can fully enjoy their stay without leaving the villa. It also has a large fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with views to enjoy with friends or family.

It has capacity for up to 8 people, with a distribution of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.

The location of the villa is ideal, it is located just 900 meters from the Meloneras Golf, it has a “Mercadona”supermarket about 5 minutes walk, and 1.5km from Meloneras Beach, approximately 3km from Playa de Maspalomas and its walk.
