In this apartment you will be able to enjoy the luxury of being able to take a bath in the sea at any time due to how close it is to the coast.

Accommodation of 60 m² cosy and very bright.
It is located 100 m from the "Zoco negro" sandy beach, 180 m from the "Spar Zoco negro" supermarket, 12 km from the "Gran Canaria Airport" and is situated in a quiet area next to the sea.
It has a 20 m² terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, 1 Television.
The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
