Just 50 meters away from the beach, this cozy studio flat is adapted to offer the perfect getaway for couples who want to spend a holiday by the Playa de Las Canteras. In addition to being in the city center, the property is located just a few steps from the beach promenade, so apart from the incredible views, it also boasts a very-privileged location.

The space

The flat is located in one of the most central areas of the city. In the surroundings areas you can find all kinds of shops and services to cover any type of need. This neighborhood, being so close to downtown and the beach, also has a wide variety of restaurants and bars, most of them with a very good value for money. Less than a minute away on foot you can reach the beach of Las Canteras, the largest in the capital and one of the most famous in Spain. Visiting any other part of the city is not a problem either, since Santa Catalina Park and the Intercambiador are 6 minutes away on foot, which are habitual stops of all the bus lines. There are also several taxi ranks near the area, although it is usually easy to find them transiting around the building. In addition, it is also very close to shopping areas such as Mesa y López, where El Corte Inglés is located, and El Muelle Shopping Center, which has most of the important national clothing stores, so many times it will not even be necessary to use additional transports.

Our apartment offers a living room-bedroom-open space, with a double bed and a sofa bed, plus an area with plasma television. On the other hand, it has a bathroom and a kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils.
