This spacious bungalow is located in the heart of Maspalomas, in a residential area which is ideal for families, being close to the Natural Park of Las Dunas de Maspalomas and has capacity for 5 people.
It is an accommodation that has two bedrooms with two single beds each. Its decoration makes it a family space decorated and furnished with taste. It has a bathroom with shower and the kitchen is American, induction, and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle. In addition, it has a television in the living room and has WIFI access.
On the terrace you can find a space to rest and relax in its hammocks or in its chill out area with armchairs. Los Arcos offers a private inflatable pool so you can cool off in the southern sun of Gran Canaria.
The area is great for walking or cycling, as it is very quiet. There is a small supermarket and a shopping center called Centro Comercial Yumbo with different establishments and nightly entertainment.
Maspalomas is the most exclusive area of Gran Canaria, well known for its incredible dunes considered a protected park, which you can access on foot. Maspalomas is also well known for its International Golf Course and the practice of water sports, both surfing on the Maspalomas beach among others, but also sailing, windsurfing, etc.

Lovely bungalow- and that is incredibly rare in Los Arcos!! -with all the necessary things needed for a very nice stay. The garden area is perfect for sunbathing. The kitchen is very well equipped,the bathroom is spacious and the whole bungalow is brsee more
Lovely bungalow- and that is incredibly rare in Los Arcos!! -with all the necessary things needed for a very nice stay. The garden area is perfect for sunbathing. The kitchen is very well equipped,the bathroom is spacious and the whole bungalow is bright and airy.Water pressure is high and there is no shortage of hot water. The beds are a bit noisy but overall it is really quite at night. The WiFi is unfortunately very slow at times and disconnects now and again, which is the only negative issue. Location wise is only 6 minutes to the Yumbo Centre, a Spar is virtually opposite and bus stops are within a minute to both directions. Are representative was Vanessa ,who was very friendly, responsive and sorted out every little issue we had.Can't wait to return in January! Highly recommended!
