Description
Cozy bungalow in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, San Agustín area, with capacity for 5 people and direct access from the residential entrance, just a few minutes from the beach.

It has 64 m² with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a single sofa bed. The accommodation has an iron, a hairdryer, a TV and has WIFI.
The kitchen is open-plan, with a ceramic hob, and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle. On the other hand, the area has a beautiful garden with different paths, it also has a 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm sun. There is an open-air car park outside the residential area.
The area is great for walking or cycling, as it is very quiet. There is a small supermarket and a shopping center a few meters from the accommodation. The beach of San Agustin is much quieter than the beaches of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, they are more protected beaches, therefore they have better conditions for snorkeling and even for children. The shopping center area has excellent restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood.
Near San Agustín, Maspalomas is located, which is the most exclusive area of Gran Canaria, well known for its incredible dunes. Maspalomas is also well known for its International Golf Course and the practice of water sports, both surfing on Maspalomas beach among others, but also sailing, windsurfing, etc.
