Description of the neighborhood
The area is great for walking or cycling, as it is very quiet. There is a small supermarket and a shopping center.
The neighborhood is very lively, not only because of its proximity to the beach, there are several shopping centers in the surroundings with many restaurants and leisure areas.
A few meters from an endless maritime avenue where you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets of Playa del Inglés, entering the dunes of Maspalomas and feeling like you are in the largest of deserts, ending in the Oasis of Maspalomas, being able to observe a unique flora and fauna From this place.
