It has a private and heated pool with spectacular views of the Meloneras Golf, as well as a spacious furnished terrace with a barbecue so that guests can fully enjoy their stay without leaving the villa.It also has a large fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with views to enjoy with friends or family.
It has capacity for up to 8 people, with a distribution of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Una preciosa casa con unas condiciones muy buenas para pasar unos días en Gran Canaria. Todas las estancias son muy espaciosas y está equipada con utensilios y menaje para una estancia muy cómoda y relajada. Es de agradecer la piscina para referescarse en todo momento y el aire acondicionado que puede ser necesario en los días de más calor. Las imagenes reflejan cómo és la casa en realidad. Otra cosa a valorar de manera muy positiva és la posibilidad de aparcar en la puerta sin problema y sobre todo tener un Mercadona a pocos minutos, en la misma zona. Comentar la buena atención del personal, antes y durante la estancia, en especial de Vanessa, en todo momento estubo atenta a nuestras demandas dando respuesta si surgia algún problema. La información sobre la ubicación de la casa y la recogida de llaves fué muy clara y rápida. La ubicación de la casa es buena para las visitas a los pueblos y playas del sur de la isla y cerca de la autopista que comunica con Las Plamas de Gran Canaria y la zona del Norte. En resumen, la casa proporciona todo lo necesario para sentirte como en tu propia casa.

A pesar de estar en una zona muy tranquila, una discoteca de ocio nocturno en Maspalomas y el paso de una carretera puede provocar algunos ruidos por la noche, eso si, todo se soluciona cerrando ventanas y con el aire acondicionado, si hace calor. Qusee more
A pesar de estar en una zona muy tranquila, una discoteca de ocio nocturno en Maspalomas y el paso de una carretera puede provocar algunos ruidos por la noche, eso si, todo se soluciona cerrando ventanas y con el aire acondicionado, si hace calor. Quizás algo que se podría hacer para mejorar sería poner una tele en alguna habitación de la parte de arriba y ampliar el wifi para que llegue a toda la casa.
